OUR POLICIES:

Product Information:
The fossils product we sell are described as “Real or Natural” on the item description.  Manmade products are described as “Replica" on the item description.   Product lines with described sizes are approximate only, not exact.  The photos shown are taken from the whole lot,  customers will receive one similar to the photo. 

When ordering fossils and/or minerals, please keep in mind that “no two” items, created by nature, will be exactly alike.  The colors, sizes and shapes will vary.  Some will have natural imperfections such as blemishes, scars or small chips due to aging and environment in which they lived.  We will do our best to pick the nicest product we have from the lot.

Some products will have a tag marked such as “Made in China, Made in Peru”, to indicate the country of origin.  This will ensure that the products we sell are from reliable supplier.

Warning!  Animal teeth and small stones are not for children.  They have sharp edges, small and points.  Also, they are choking hazard for small children.

 

Order Processing:
We accept orders within the 48 Contiguous United States ONLY.  Shipping address must be a physical address.  No PO BOX.  You may place orders using our shopify store and its payment gateway. 

 

Pricing:
Prices are subject to change without notice.  In the event of misprint on Paul Online Ventures Inc (POVI Rockhound), such as error in the price, we will honor the price when a sale has been completed.  If an incorrect amount has been charged to your credit card, Paul Online Ventures will credit it back to the card used.

 

Payment Policy:
Immediate payment is required in order to complete the transaction.  We ship orders based on the Handling Time Policy. 


Shipping Policy:

  • We ship orders within the 48 Contiguous United States Only. 
  • Tracking number will be provided, if available. 
  • Items will be shipped based on the Handling Time Policy (refer to policy below).
  • We ship orders from Monday – Friday (except Holidays, company traditional vacation and closing days).
  • Shipping cost is based on the total weight on the cart.  

 

Handling Time Policy:

  • We process orders within 2-business days from the receipt of payment for small orders.
  • We process orders within 3-business days from the receipt of payment for big orders. 
  • We ship orders from Monday – Friday (Except Holidays and company traditional vacation).

 

Returns Policy:

  • The buyer has 14 days to return the item. 
  • The item must be in good condition and in original packing, if has one, to be eligible for refund. 
  • Delicate items must be in good condition and original packing with tags attached, if has one, to receive refund. 
  • We issue refund only to the cost of the item (less the shipping fee).

Claims:

  • In the event of broken items due to transportation, please contact us, by phone or email, on the day you received the package.

Information Collection, Use and Sharing
In order to purchase through our shopify store, you will be required to provide us with your shipping and billing information, contact information, and credit number information.  This will be used only in order to complete the order transaction.  In addition, we may also use this information to contact you if we need to.

We may share information with governmental agencies or other companies assisting us in fraud prevention and/or investigation.  We may do so when permitted or required by the law.
